The project comprises a main convention hall with appropriate seating capacity, stage and backstage areas, pre-function and foyer spaces, meeting rooms, administrative offices, green rooms, storage, and essential service areas. The design ensures smooth circulation, acoustic comfort, visual clarity, universal accessibility, and fire safety compliance as per applicable codes and standards.
The development also includes supporting infrastructure such as parking, landscaped areas, electrical and HVAC systems, water supply, sanitation, and other allied services.
